Arms Wide Open CDC provides programs and services that fulfill its mission in four major ways:

1. Mobility equipment allows individuals with disabilities to interact with the world around them.

2. Case management helps individuals with chronic illnesses and disabilities to access needed social and medical services.

3. Durable and disposable medical equipment  and supplies help people with disabilities to maintain their daily activities and hygiene needs.

4. Counseling helps consumers with developmental or physical disabilities and their families to deal with the problems of adjustment and interpersonal relationships.
